Harbor Rates

Reservation Fee	$7.00 per reservation
Nightly Moorage	$1.00 per foot per night
Nightly Moorage for Marine Trades Customers	$0.50 per foot per night (Monday-Thursday, while boat is being worked on by a marine trade firm. Space available basis.)
Temporary Tie-up (four hour maximum)	$5.00
Nightly Electrical Fee (Up to 50')	$3.00 per night
Nightly Electrical Fee (Over 50')	$5.00 per night
Winter Monthly Moorage (October - April)	Ask for availability and rates
Limited Access Moorage	$4.83 per foor per month*
Business Moorage	Same as Boat Haven rates
Liveaboard Fee	$65.00 per month*
Environmental Fee	$7.00 per month
Electricity Base Fee	$8.25 per month + KwH used
Kayak and Rowing Shell Storage	$15.00 per month

* 12.84% Washington State Leasehold Excise Tax assessed in addition to Port charges for stays of 30 days or more. If stay exceeds 30 days, the leasehold tax will be added to the initial 29 days.
