Point Hudson Rates
Effective January 1, 2007

These rates were adopted by the Port Commission at the March 26, 2008 regular meeting, as contained in Resolution Number 504-08, and will remain effective until revised by subsequent resolution.

Moorage rate is based on overall length or slip length, whichever is greater.
Winter = November 1 through April 30
Summer = May 1 through October 31

* Leasehold tax is a state imposed tax of 12.84% to be charged in addition to Port charges for stays of 30 days or more.
If stay does exceed 30 days, the leasehold tax will be added to the first 29 days.
