Port Commission Meeting Agenda

The Port Commission routinely meets twice a month with a defined agenda. The upcoming meeting agendas are posted here, and remain available through our web site in Adobe PDF format. You will need the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view the agenda.

Unless otherwise noted, all Port Commission meetings and workshops will be held in the Commission Chambers at the Port Administration Office Building, 375 Hudson Street, Point Hudson.

*Effective February 10, 2010:

The first regular meeting of each month is held at 3:30 PM. (The Public Workshop is now held on the second Commission Meeting date of each month). The second regular meeting of each month is held at 6:30 PM, with the Public Workshop proceeding at 3:30 PM. Commission Meeting Procedure Update per Resolution No. 532-10.
